Tyler McFarland
Tyler graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he gained valuable legal experience working as a law clerk in Denver, which exposed him to commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, family law, estate planning, and probate/trust administration. He is detail-oriented, a skilled communicator, and an effective writer. Prior to law school, Tyler earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
When not working, Tyler enjoys spending time with family, and playing basketball and tennis. He was a member of American University’s NCAA D1 basketball team, as well the NCAA D3 programs at Macalester and Lewis and Clark.
Christina Belmonte
Christina is an associate with Schwartz, McMinimee & Andrew, LLC. Her practice focuses on estate administration, conservatorships, and trust administration. Prior to becoming an attorney, Christina had a career in finance as a program manager and recruiter, initially for Wells Fargo and then Morgan Stanley, focused on undergraduate and post-MBA investment banking and sales and trading programs. Christina was born and raised in California, but has lived and worked in Charlotte, New York, Los Angeles, and now Denver. When not in the office, Christina can be found hiking, cycling, or enjoying time with her family.

Emily L. McDaniel
Emily is an associate with Schwartz, McMinimee & Andrew, LLC. Her practice focuses on estate administration, conservatorships, and trust administration. Prior to joining the firm, Emily had a 15-year career in charitable planned giving and major gifts fundraising that sparked her interest in elder law. She continued to work full-time in the non-profit sector while completing her law degree as an evening student. Emily was born and raised in Michigan, but has lived and worked in Washington, D.C., Boulder, Seattle, and now Denver. When not in the office, Emily can be found on her yoga mat, taking a hike, or enjoying a powder day on the slopes.

Carin Ramirez
Carin is an associate with Schwartz, McMinimee & Andres, LLC. Her practice focuses on estate and conservatorship administration and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Carin was a civil litigator with a focus on construction defect and personal injury law in the Denver metropolitan area for over 13 years. Carin grew up in Marquette, Michigan. Prior to becoming an attorney, she spent time working as a geophysicist in the oil industry in Houston, TX and Denver, CO and as a professional musician in Michigan and Colorado. When Carin is not in the office, you can find her enjoying the great outdoors or playing the viola.

Lindsay L. Andrew
Lindsay was born in Pinehurst, North Carolina, in 1976. She attended Vanderbilt University (graduating in 1998 with a B.A. in English and Women’s Studies) and obtained her law degree from the University of Denver in 2001, where she served on the Transportation Law Journal. Lindsay has been practicing in the areas of estate and trust administration and litigation, estate and business planning, guardianships and conservatorships, and related tax matters since 2001. In addition to practicing in these areas, Lindsay was appointed as a Deputy Public Administrator for the City and County of Denver in 2022, and regularly serves as a fiduciary. Lindsay is an active member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, where she serves as the co-chair of the Probate Trial & Procedure Committee, a member of the Trust & Estate Executive Council, and a contributing author of the Trust & Estate Council Notes.
