Lindsay was born in Pinehurst, North Carolina, in 1976. She attended Vanderbilt University (graduating in 1998 with a B.A. in English and Women’s Studies) and obtained her law degree from the University of Denver in 2001, where she served on the Transportation Law Journal. Lindsay has been practicing in the areas of estate and trust administration and litigation, estate and business planning, guardianships and conservatorships, and related tax matters since 2001. In addition to practicing in these areas, Lindsay was appointed as a Deputy Public Administrator for the City and County of Denver in 2022 and for the 8th Judicial District in 2025, and regularly serves as a fiduciary. Lindsay is an active member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations (former co-chair of the Probate Trial & Procedure Committee and member of the Trust & Estate Executive Council) and a contributing author of the Trust & Estate Council Notes. Lindsay is a member of the Colorado Bar Foundation, has an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell, and is a regular speaker on trust and estate related matters.
