Rawad Baz is a Legal Assistant at Schwartz McMinimee & Andrew, where he supports attorneys through case management, client communications, legal document preparation, and administrative operations. He is passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal matters and is committed to delivering attentive, professional service.

Rawad recently graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Business and plans to pursue a Juris Doctor degree. His interest in the legal profession stems from a combination of business experience, advocacy, and a desire to help individuals and organizations solve complex challenges.

Prior to joining the firm, Rawad gained experience in both legal and business environments, developing skills in client relations, operations, and strategic problem-solving. As an entrepreneur and business professional, he has led teams, managed projects, and worked directly with clients, experiences that continue to shape his practical approach to legal work.

Originally born in Orlando, Florida, Rawad later lived in Milwaukee and Chicago before making Colorado home. His diverse experiences and nontraditional path to the legal field have given him a unique perspective on resilience, growth, and service.

Outside of the office, Rawad enjoys traveling internationally, exploring Colorado’s outdoors, and spending time with his Siberian cat, Stella.
